STEP 4 – SLEEP SUPPORT WITH FRANKINCENSE

One important way to use FRANKINCENSE is in support of healthy, deep sleep.

It is important for our bodies to rest and reach REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep. This is the stage where much healing, cellular repair, and recuperative efforts are completed.

FRANKINCENSE’S calming, sedative, and relaxing properties are the perfect complement to a routine of winding down from the day and encouraging a restful state.

FRANKINCENSE can be used on its own, applied topically to your feet, taken internally, or diffused to support sleep.

Consider spritzing FRANKINCENSE and Lavender on your pillow before bed: combine five drops FRANKINCENSE, 10 drops Lavender, and water, in an eight-ounce glass spray bottle.

Or make a convenient roller ball to roll on the back of your neck or bottoms of your feet:

DEEP SLEEP ROLLER BLEND RECIPE

• 5 drops FRANKINCENSE Essential Oil

• 5 drops Lavender Essential Oil

• 3 drops Sandalwood Essential Oil

• 3 drops Vetiver Essential Oil

Use in a 10 ml roller bottle and top with Fractionated Coconut Oil.

Diffusing FRANKINCENSE is also a great way to support sleep. Add one to five drops to your diffuser.

• 3 drops FRANKINCENSE Essential Oil

• 3 drops Restful Blend

• 3 drops Vetiver Essential Oil
